How to help your team sign up for Sprig

Sprig believes that product experience insights are the most powerful when an entire team is empowered to learn from them and take action. That’s why we offer unlimited seats, so there are no additional costs to collaborate with your colleagues. Consider inviting colleagues to your Sprig account from Product, Design, User Research, and Engineering, as well as Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Sales.

Ways of adding users to Sprig:

• through domain-based team discovery
• or through Single Sign-On

Deprovisioning users

Enterprise teams can deprovision existing Sprig users from an identity provider with SCIM. SCIM is an enterprise feature.

Ways of authenticating users in Sprig:
